VBCC - Security and Fire Alarm systems technologies were provided for this $42 M retrofit and expansion to the Virginia Beach Correctional Center. Mr. McCall was the lead technologies designer, consultant and engineer of this multi-phased, inhabited expansion. Systems included PLC/TCS, digital CCTV, audio, networked, back-up and more totalling more than $6M in construction value. Mr. McCall performed this work while working for a previous employer.

NSP - Security CCTVconsulting, design and engineering services were provided for this retrofit to the to the multiple building Northern State Prison site in Newark, NJ. Mr. McCall was lead designer and engineer for sitewide integrated CCTV security systems, including Main Control, digital CCTV, video over UTP, building entrance surge, and UPS. Over 200 cameras were added, integrating existing, while using the existing crowded duct-banks for trunked multi-pair Cat 3 cables with HV cables. He performed these tasks while working for a previous employer.

BCCF - Mr. McCall was called in to provide expert security design and consulting services to the Architect, Owner and Contractor for an expansion to Bucks County Correctional Facility in Doylestown, PA. Mr. McCall used his seasoned skills to provide acceptable solutions that met the goals of all parties, including technology, budget, schedule and performance. Mr. McCall performed these services while at his previous employer.

BSP - Mr. McCall was Account, Project and Design Manager for a very important physical security upgrade to the Bayside State Prison, NJ. Keith was lead engineer and designer for security system upgrades to meet maximum security requirements for inmates and architectural design. Upgrades included PLC/TCS, console, slider cell pneumatic locking system, console operator protection and UPS for all six housing units. These service were performed during his tenure at a previous employer.
